Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all original tags are present and the package is properly sealed.

  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
